More Than Photos — Therapeutic Sensual Portrait Experience with photographer Anastasia Ermolenko

PRICE & PAYMENT
The full experience is £1200.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
This confirms your reservation and allows me to begin preparing your session with full dedication.
From this amount, £300 is a non-refundable deposit, which covers:
• personalised consultation and emotional preparation
• styling and wardrobe guidance
• creation of moodboards, intentions and concepts
• selecting the right space and atmosphere for you
• holding your chosen date exclusively in my schedule
This stage is an essential and time-intensive part of the journey, and it begins immediately after booking — which is why this portion is non-refundable if the session is cancelled.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your experience includes:
• make-up and soft styling support
• 3+ hours photoshoot in a West London studio or at your home
• 20 fully retouched sensual & emotional portraits (4-6 weeks)
• 100+ carefully selected best images in gentle artistic colour-grading
• 1 fine-art printed portrait (A4 or A3)
• a deeply supportive, feminine and safe space throughout the entire process and preparation

OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS
You may customise your experience with:
• alternative studio or hotel rental
• travel beyond 30 minutes (travel fee + travel time)
• extra retouch – £35 per image
• additional shooting hour – £250
• next-day retouch – £40 per image (up to 2 images)
• fine-art A4 print – £65 +VAT (3 for £150 + VAT)
• fine-art A3 print – £100 + VAT

RESCHEDULING
✔ More than 24 hours’ notice
You may reschedule your session once, without any additional charge.
Your full payment — including the £300 deposit — transfers to your new date.
⏳ Timeframe to Use Your Booking
Your session must take place within 2 months from the date of payment.
After this period, the booking expires and becomes non-refundable.
This timeframe ensures your emotional preparation, styling, and concept remain aligned and fresh for the experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
✔ More than 48 hours before your session
You will receive a refund minus the £300 non-refundable deposit.
✔ Less than 24 hours before your session
The full amount is non-refundable, as the preparation has been completed and your reserved slot cannot be offered to someone else.

FORCE MAJEURE — EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If an unexpected emergency occurs involving you or an immediate family member, such as:
• sudden illness
• hospitalisation
• accident
• urgent family situation
your session will be rescheduled without penalties.
❌ The following are not considered force majeure:
• bad mood
• bad weather
• change of personal plans
• family events
• celebrations
• “not feeling ready today” or “not in the right energy”
In these cases, the standard cancellation policy applies.
